Biography

Rita Paola is from Calabria but for many years living and working in Rome.He is self-taught and his artistic activity has no real starting point. It was always present in his life, he never ceased to devote to it since childhood. Beginning with drawing pencils, watercolors, and so on. Then he started to look at the great masters, to copy their works, especially the Impressionists, so seizing of the various techniques of composition and use of color.The study and the passion for art 's always accompanied in experimenting with different artistic techniques and aesthetic.By the time he discovered the artistic avant-gardes and his painting began to take on more abstract and symbolic characters in search of a connection between the human spirit, consciousness and the cosmos, as well as aesthetic values.
